If water service has been disconnected, please contact the CCWSA Customer Service Center
at (770) 479-1813 to submit payment so your water service can be restored.  

Payments can be made 24 hours a day by calling our Automated Payment Line at (770) 790-4601.  This Automated Payment System will guide you through the process of submitting a one-time payment with a Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or Electronic Check (checking account profile must be previously created online to pay with electronic check).  Please have your CCWSA account number available and follow the prompts to submit payment.  If you have received a text notification regarding payment, the text will contain your CCWSA account number. Payments made before 5:00 pm will be posted to the account by 8:00 pm on the same business day.  Payments made after 5:00 pm or on weekends or holidays will be posted to the account by 8:00 pm the following business day.
