New Automated Phone System

Changes are coming to Cherokee County Water and Sewerage Authority!  As part of our commitment to continue providing excellent customer service, we have been testing a new automated phone system to improve hold times for our customers.  During the testing phase, we found the new system had positive results with shorter hold times.  The automated phone system will allow us to take advantage of new technology and to streamline your communication needs.  We are excited to announce that we will be implementing our new automated phone system on Tuesday, May 28, 2024.  With the upgrade, there will be some changes that will affect how you contact CCWSA employees.  The automated system will place your call into a que to be answered by one our customer service representatives in the order your call is received.  If  you know your parties extension, follow the prompts on the auto-attendant to be transferred to the various departments.  Our phone numbers have not changed but your experience when you call will be improved.  We are proud to make these improvements for you as we strive to provide the best service possible and we hope you will be just as excited as we are!  We thank you for your patience with us as we make this transition.  Contact us at (770) 479-1813.
