Backflow Prevention Device Inspection Report

In an effort to provide greater efficiency in testing and reporting of Backflow Prevention, the CCWSA has implemented a new Backflow Prevention Test Portal.  This new portal allows Backflow Testers and Master Plumbers to submit test forms electronically to CCWSA.  A history of electronically submitted tests is also available in the portal.  Contact the CCWSA Backflow Department at (770) 479-9107 to obtain a User Name and Password to access the portal.  Backflow Prevention Test Portal Login
